Each year members of the Global Health Forum at the UACOM-Tucson organize a conference that is student-driven and student-focused to raise awareness for student participation and dialogue. Through the conference, we strive to build a more multidisciplinary approach to spark creativity and exchange around the subject of Global Health.
Additionally this year, we will be accepting abstract/poster in two categories: Original Global Health Research or Global Health Externship Experience. Abstract/poster submission is open until January 18th, please email vgarcia20@email.arizona.edu for submission instructions and more information.

Fee/donation: The $15 will be split evenly between 1. Conference fees and the GHF 2. An optional donation to The Arizona Sonora Borders Project (ArSoBo), a local nonprofit led by Dr. Burris Duncan - professor emeritus, Public Health and Pediatrics. ArSoBo trains and employs individuals with disabilities to contract medical equipment they need and use such as prosthetics, orthotics, and wheelchairs that can withstand rough terrain.
